A Tale of Two Chevy Belairs

A 57 and a 58 Chevrolet Bel Air by JADA

There's something about these two models that caught my eye the other day and I just had to take a photo.

I always liked the 50s Bel Air, probably because having been born in the 60s, I probably saw a lot of them here.

Diecast Models Wholesale has 57 Bel Air's in stock and here is one of them.

Kyosho Ferrari 575s and a 250 GTO

Kyosho Ferrari 575 GTC Evoluzione - Red

Here we have 4 versions of the Ferrari 575 GTC by Kyosho. This vehicle was designed for "Competitione" as denoted by the C in GTC. Based loosely on the 575 road car. the 575 GTC quickly earned respect as one of the more reliable racing cars despite being a new model.

Below are images from my own collection of 575s.

Hot Wheels Elite Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano

The Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano by Hot Wheels comes in many variants but the 599 per se is considered one of the finest castings in  the Hot Wheels Elite line.

However the contract of Ferrari with Hot Wheels is done and Bburago is now the official model maker of Ferrari. Collector groups have compared the two lines and have unanimously declared that the Hot Wheels Elite is the superior model.

What this means is that the Hot Wheels Elite line, whose production has already ceased, will be appreciating in value faster than normal discontinued lines.

Prices are creeping past the $200 mark as of press time so hold on to your HWE's!
