The LaFerrari is considered the successor to the Enzo. With 950 bhp on tap, it is certainly quite an improvement on its predecessor. LaFerrari literally means THE FERRARI and for many enthusiasts today, this is  THE definitive Ferrari.

Ferrari F40 and Ferrari FXX by Hot Wheels Elite

Ferrari F40 40 Competizione 1995 Le Mans Elite Edition 1/18 Diecast Model Car by Hotwheels

FERRARI F40

Ferrari FXX Elite Light Blue 1/18 Diecast Car Model by Hotwheels

FERRARI FXX

The Hot Wheels Elite Ferrari Line has been discontinued. Hence, the Hot Wheels Elite  on the market are dwindling fast.

Bburago is the new official Ferrari model maker but the initial reports about the Hot Wheels Elite Ferrari's being better have been verified after nearly a year of production.

Personally, while I liked the Bburagos in the past, the Hot Wheels Elite Ferrari line is definitely much better.

The models shown here are still available on Diecast Models Wholesale.

Hot Wheels Elite Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano

The Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano by Hot Wheels comes in many variants but the 599 per se is considered one of the finest castings in  the Hot Wheels Elite line.

However the contract of Ferrari with Hot Wheels is done and Bburago is now the official model maker of Ferrari. Collector groups have compared the two lines and have unanimously declared that the Hot Wheels Elite is the superior model.

What this means is that the Hot Wheels Elite line, whose production has already ceased, will be appreciating in value faster than normal discontinued lines.

Prices are creeping past the $200 mark as of press time so hold on to your HWE's!
